We have the <br />capability to provide a full performance and payment bond to the <br />City of South Bend for this project, should it be required. A letter from <br />General Insurance Services, our bonding agent, is included on page <br />29. <br />COMPLIANCE WITH INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS <br />Larson-Danielson affirms that we will meet the insurance requirements stated in the RFP.
