The hipped and gabled roof has asphalt shingles. Siding is asphalt shingle. Windows are wood <br />1/1 double hung. Windows have aluminum storm windows, a wood front door with aluminum storm door. <br />ALTERATIONS: AA #2023-0609 approved the replacement of the asphalt shingle roof. COA #2015-0722A ap- <br />proved the repair and replacement of the asphalt shingles on the rear addition of the house. COA # 2006-0808A <br />approved the replacement of the concrete sidewalk with concrete brick. COA #2002-0701-2 approved the replace- <br />ment of existing fence with new dog eared picket fence. COA #1994-0909 approved replacement of roofing, gutters <br />and downspouts. COA #1994-0718 approved replacement of broken boards on porch and repair of concrete steps. <br />COA #1993-1215 approved installation of concrete walkway extension. COA #1993-0618-4 approved building of <br />railing on porch and paver sidewalk in rear of property.
