i• <br />r <br />WHEREAS, the Commission in said Resolution No. 1053 <br />further authorized and directed the President, Vice President and <br />Secretary of the Commission to file a petition for approval of <br />execution of the Lease with the State Board of Tax Commissioners <br />pursuant to IC 6-1.1-18.5-8; and <br />WHEREAS, the State Board of Tax Commissioners issued its <br />order approving the lease pursuant to IC 6-1.1-18.5=8 on July 24, <br />1992; and <br />WHEREAS, the President and Secretary-Treasurer of the <br />i• <br />Authority have executed and attested, respectively, the Lease and <br />have caused the Lease to be filed with the Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SOUTH BEND <br />REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The Authority hereby ratifies the action taken by <br />the President and Secretary of the Authority to execute and attest, <br />respectively, the Lease and also to file the Lease with the <br />Commission. <br />2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect <br />~• <br />after its adoption by the Authority. <br />-2- <br />
