NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SOUTH BEND <br />REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The Authority hereby approves the preliminary plans, <br />specifications and cost estimates for the Project. <br />2. The Authority hereby approves the proposed lease <br />between the Authority and the Commission to be dated as of July 1, <br />1992, in the form presented at this meeting and as attached hereto <br />as Exhibit A. <br />3. The Secretary of the Authority is hereby directed <br />to file a copy of the proposed lease, as approved, with the <br />Commission. <br />4. The Authority hereby approves the execution of the <br />Agency Agreement with the City of South Bend by and through its <br />• Board of Public Works as attached hereto as Exhibit B and the <br />Secretary is hereby directed to file a copy of the Agency Agreement <br />with the Board of Public Works. <br />4. This resolution shall be in full force and effect <br />after its adoption by the Authority. <br />-2- <br />
