ORDINANCE NO. 1 6 Si 1) - VG <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $40,862. 00 FROM <br /> THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING <br /> FUND TO VARIOUS PROJECTS <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br /> In the best interest of public health and safety it is necessary <br /> to close out varius projects throughout the City. Funds are now needed <br /> in order to close these projects. These funds are available from the <br /> Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL <br /> OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br /> Section I : The following sum of money is hereby appropriated <br /> and ordered set apart from the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking <br /> Fund for the project in the amount set forth below: <br /> PROJECT NO.
