NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I: The Monroe Park I Edgewater Neighborhood Plan, a true and complete copy of <br />which is attached hereto and incorporated herein, shall be and hereby is approved. <br />SECTION II: The adoption of the Monroe Park I Edgewater Neighborhood Plan amends City <br />Plan, the Comprehensive Plan for South Bend, by providing further direction for the area of land within <br />the boundaries of the Monroe Park I Edgewater Neighborhood Plan. <br />SECTION III: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption <br />by the Common Council. <br />Member of the Common Council <br />Filed in Clerk's Office <br />AUG 2 21023 <br />DAWN M.
