The consultant has been notified and understands the situation. They had not yet performed any work for the design amendment that had been approved in July, so the PO can be closed and the funding shifted to a separate project. It is requested the Board of Public Works rescind of the Engineering Professional Service Agreement with Black and Veatch for design services related to the Century Center Electrical Improvements project.
