The :- <br /> intent of the fee is for use on weekends and after 6:00 p.m. when <br /> the garages are doing very little business. <br /> In reviewing the ordinances, it appears that the last general rate <br /> increase on the parking fees was put in effect during February 23 , <br /> 1981. The parking violation fines have not been updated since 1972. <br /> Tuesday, May 27, 1986 , the Board of Public Works will take action in <br /> this matter.
