'''j 2 g ( AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3606 EAST JEFFERSON BOULEVARD IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION I. Ordinance No. 4990-68, as amended, which ordinance is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning classification of the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana: Part of the Southeast Quarter (1/4) of Section Eight (8) Township Thirty-seven (37) North, Range Three (3) East, described as beginning on the North line of said Quarter (1/4) Section, at a point One Hundred Sixty-nine (169) feet West of the Northeast corner thereof, running thence west along the North line of said Quarter (1/4) Section, Sixty-seven (67) feet; thence South Five Hundred Eighteen (518) feet, more or less, to the North line of the right-of-way of the Grand Trunk Western Railway Company, at a point Two Hundred (200) feet West of the. West line of Logan Street in the City of South Bend (formerly known as 19th Street) ; thence East along the said North line of the right-of- way of the Grand Trunk Western Railway Company, Sixty-seven (67) feet; thence North Five Hundred Eighteen (518) feet to the place of beginning in St. Joseph County, Indiana. part of the Northeast Quarter (1/4) of the South- east Quarter (1/4) of Section Eight (8) , Township Thirty-seven (37) North, Range Three (3) East, described as beginning at a point on the North line of said Northeast Quarter (1/4) of the South- east Quarter (1/4) Two Hundred Thirty-six (236) feet West of the Northeast corner thereof, running thence West on the North line of said Northeast Quarter (1/4) of the Southeast Quarter (1/4) , One Hundred.
