• <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 76,570- lee, <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br /> FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2408 PRAIRIE AVENUE <br /> IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South <br /> Bend, Indiana: <br /> SECTION I. Ordinance No. 4990-68, as amended, which ordi- <br /> nance is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of <br /> South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order <br /> that the zoning classification of the following described real <br /> estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of <br /> Indiana: <br /> Parcel A <br /> A tract of land in the North West 1/4 of Section 22 , <br /> Twp. 37 North, Range 2 East and more particularly <br /> described as follows : Beginning at a point on the <br /> East Line of the North West Quarter of said Section <br /> 22, which point is 328 feet South of the North East <br /> corner thereof; thence South along said East quarter <br /> section line 185. 88 feet; thence South 560 44 ' West <br /> 185. 88 feet; thence North 185. 88 feet to the center <br /> of Prairie Avenue; thence North 56044 ' East 185. 88 <br /> feet to the place of beginning.
