• ORDINANCE NO. 76,570- lee, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2408 PRAIRIE AVENUE IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION I. Ordinance No. 4990-68, as amended, which ordi- nance is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning classification of the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana: Parcel A A tract of land in the North West 1/4 of Section 22 , Twp. 37 North, Range 2 East and more particularly described as follows : Beginning at a point on the East Line of the North West Quarter of said Section 22, which point is 328 feet South of the North East corner thereof; thence South along said East quarter section line 185. 88 feet; thence South 560 44 ' West 185. 88 feet; thence North 185. 88 feet to the center of Prairie Avenue; thence North 56044 ' East 185. 88 feet to the place of beginning. Containing 0. 66 acres more or less. Subject to legal highways. Parcel B A tract of land in the North West 1/4 of Section 22 , Twp. 37 North, Range 2 East, described as beginning at a point on the East line of the North West Quarter of said Section 22 which point is 513.88 feet South of the North East corner thereof; thence South 56 degrees 44 minutes West 185. 88 feet; thence South 50 feet; thence North 56 degrees 44 minutes East to the East line of said North West Quarter of said Section 22; thence North 50 feet to the place of be- ginning.
