Indicate whether the property has historic integrity.) ______________________________________________________________________________ Summary Paragraph The Edgewater Place Historic District is located on South Bend’s near southeast side between Lincoln Way and the Saint Joseph River. While it had its highest concentration of development during the 1920s, after the Edgewater Place plat was recorded in 1919, the small neighborhood has homes from the late 19th and early 20th century. The district of about eighty homes has a unified feeling of early 20th century architecture in Queen Anne, Bungalow, and Colonial Revival styles and is a locally designated district in the city.
