Section 16. Attorney’s Fees. The prevailing party in any action to enforce this <br />Agreement shall be entitled to their reasonable attorney fees. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto, through their duly authorized <br />representatives, have caused this Agreement to be executed as of the day and year first written <br />above.
