()-F'( <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF <br /> $55,500.00 FROM THE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT FUND <br /> COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS THE GENERAL REVENUE SHARING <br /> TRUST FUND FOR THE COVELESKI REGIONAL BASEBALL <br /> STADIUM PROJECT. <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br /> Funds are needed for excavation costs, additional <br /> architectural and engineering fees and additional construction <br /> costs for the Stanley Coveleski Baseball Stadium Project. <br /> Funds are available within the General Revenue Sharing <br /> Trust Fund. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE Common Council of <br /> the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br /> SECTION I. That the sum of $55,500. 00 is hereby <br /> appropriated for the year 1986 from the Federal Assistance Grant <br /> Fund commonly referred to as the General Revenue Sharing Trust <br /> Fund. This appropriation is to be administered by the Department <br /> of Public Works as set forth below: <br /> PROGRAM FA 257 <br /> Coveleski Regional Baseball Stadium <br /> 399.0 Other Contractuals $55,500.00 <br /> SECTION II.
