Attached are three JPGs <br />of additional information requested. <br />An issue was identified in that the city’s parcel boundary, in relation to the aerial <br />imagery, shows the historic shed/garage to be partially in the south side alley. <br />However, we were able to locate the NE boundary pin in the east side (main) alley. <br />Measuring 50 ft from the NE pin puts the SE property corner at the SE corner of the <br />shed/garage. Given this information I believe the position of the GIS parcel boundary to <br />be off by a foot or so.
