accordance with this Agreement. <br />Section 4.02. City Responsibilities. City shall pay the sum of $40,000.00 toward <br />the Project commencing January 1, 2023 and $40,000.00 every year thereafter <br />over the term of this Agreement to the Auditor of St. Joseph County, Indiana, <br />with said money to be used in accordance with this Agreement. <br />V. DURATION. <br />This Agreement shall expire on December 31, 2028. Funding is subject to <br />the annual appropriation of the fiscal bodies of City and County. Any money that <br />is outstanding at the end of the term shall be distributed on a pro rata basis to the <br />parties based upon the ratio set forth in Section III for the years 2024 and <br />beyond as adopted herein.
