The <br />Division of Engineering has reviewed the submitted documents and listed the quoters as follows: <br />Milestone Contractors North, Inc. Rieth Riley Construction Co., Inc. <br />Base Quote $190,000 $225,802.89 <br />Alternate No. 1 $24,042 $24,778.52 <br />Base + Alt. 1 <br />Total $214,042 $250,581.41 <br />Engineering recommends rejecting all bids due to the bids being over budget and exceeding the <br />$150,000 quote threshold.
