After acceptance by Owner of the Report and any other deliverables, selection by Owner of a <br />recommended solution and indication of any specific modifications or changes in the scope, extent, <br />character, or design requirements of the Project desired by Owner, and upon written authorization <br />from Owner, Engineer shall: <br />1.
