BOWEN COMPANY BACKGROUND &QUALIFICATIONS c) Provider's Qualifications and Management i) Number of years company has operated in Indiana Bowen is truly a Hoosier company with the vast majority of its employees living and working in Indiana. Bowen Engineering Corporation has been headquartered in Indiana since 1967, for 55 years. In addition, Bowen has a Northern office located in Valparaiso. Bowen's headquarters are in Indianapolis. All of Bowen's estimating resources are located in Indianapolis, close to both American Structurepoint and Arcadis's Indianapolis -based offices. ii) Number of employees residing in Indiana Bowen has 510 active employees that reside in Indiana. This number includes all active craft labor. The number of full time employees (FTEs) that reside in Indiana is 241. Bowen's northern Indiana team includes your project team of Pat Stanford, Tony Abitua, Brian Hattabaugh, Mitchell Stull, and Margaret Burroughs. iii) Company Officers President & Chief Executive Officer - A. As you know, Pat and Tony have completed several successful projects for the City of South Bend. Upon selection, Bowen will utilize Doug Stout's estimating team to begin the GMP process. Doug is Bowen's estimating manager and has estimated multiple GSC projects in Indiana. Once the construction phase begins, Bowen brings the deepest bench of GSC superintendents and foremen in the industry. As the VP of Performance Contracting, Steve Nutt brings 28+ years of GSC experience to South Bend, ensuring you maximize the benefits of the GSC process.
