Northern-Based Project Team <br />Proven Experience at Your Facilities & On-time Well Delivery <br />History of Collaboration with South Bend & your Engineers <br />#1 Water/Wastewater GSC Provider in Indiana <br />3c) Providers shall demonstrate their understanding of the Project. <br />3d) Providers are required to detail their plan to construct the Project. This plan shall include construction approach for components such as, but not limited to: equipment, structure, and material procurement; utility coordination and acquisition of temporary electrical power; <br />site dewatering; demolition; excavation means and methods; combined sewer flow bypass plan that maintains flow to the WWTP (<77 MGD) and allows for appropriate combined sewer overflows (>77 MGD); structure and piping construction sequence; equipment <br />installation; startup and testing; paving; and site restoration. <br />3e) Providers shall provide their approach to minimize the construction timeline and submit a construction schedule. The construction must be completed by the City’s Long Term Control Plan compliance deadline of December of 2025. The system must be operational by this <br />deadline.
