BOWEN TECHNICAL APPROACH 3a) The scope of the Project will be based on the document provided by the Owner in Exhibit A. 3b) Providers are encouraged to present evidence of their team's technical ability relative to such anticipated scope of work by providing a list of water and wastewater experience of the team. Pat Stanford's team has extensive experience with critical wastewater infrastructure projects throughout Northern Indiana, including having executed projects on South Bend's infrastructure. Please refer to the Execution Plan documents in the following pages for an overview of our planned approach for your future GSC projects, as well as an overview of our history with your engineering partners, American Structurepoint and Arcadis. We have identified a high-level work sequence, manpower estimates, equipment, challenges and risks, opportunities, preliminary VE concepts and critical path deliveries. As the project advances, we will continue to develop our detailed execution plans to ensure South Bend's goals are met at every phase.
