Provide a list of all of the water/wastewater utility projects the <br />Provider has completed under the terms of IC 36-1-12.5 (Indiana Guaranteed <br />Savings Contracts). <br />Bowen has delivered over 100 Water and Wastewater Guaranteed Savings Contract projects for 30+ <br />communities in the state of Indiana (under IC 36-1-12.5). Time and again we have worked to create <br />incredible outcomes and build the trust which drives repeat partnership. Our decades of experience <br />with GSCs and dedication in this contracting method has led to more signed contracts than all of our <br />competition combined. On these projects, we have had zero change orders. In most cases, we have <br />turned project savings and leftover contingency into a reduction in contract price or additional scope on <br />needed projects. This process has added value to municipalities across Indiana. <br />Bowen has successfully completed GSC with the City of South Bend (Pinhook WTP Improvements GSC). <br />The GSC Project utilized an EJCDC C-525 Cost-Plus agreement. Future GSCs with Bowen Engineering <br />will save South Bend time and legal efforts by using this same form of agreement. We believe we can <br />leverage our past experience with South Bend to provide you maximum value and collaboration on your <br />future GSC projects.
