Written drug plan attached. <br />8. C&E Excavating, Inc. is the bidder and intends to perform the work as specified, and all <br />subcontractors and bidder are properly licensed. <br />9. C&E Excavating, Inc. uses Employer's Mutual Casualty Company for bonding purposes and said <br />surety is listed on the US Department of Treasury's Listing of Approved Sureties. <br />10.
