Sec. 2-132.1. Private enforcement. <br /> This section may be enforced by an aggrieved charging party through the commencement of <br /> an action in the St. Joseph County circuit or superior court or any other court of proper <br /> jurisdiction not less than one(1) year after the occurrence or termination of the alleged <br /> discriminatory practice. <br /> SECTION II. Severability. <br /> If any part, section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause, or phrase of this ordinance is <br /> for any reason declared to be unconstitutional or otherwise invalid, such decision shall not affect <br /> the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance. <br /> SECTION III.
