As an addition to the original <br />Construction Administration services Abonmarche will perform Daily Site Visits to review <br />contractors’ work progress, documentation of daily activities/ progress and daily work logs <br />issued on weekly basis to the city construction manager. Construction administration will <br />consist of visual observations only. Quantitative measurements will not be a part of the <br />construction observation process. <br /> <br />Abonmarche will also review, and process contractors pay applications for the services <br />rendered as compared to work performed on site. It is anticipated that Pay applications will <br />be processed on a monthly basis through the end of construction. <br /> <br />It is assumed that construction administration will occur for approximately 12 weeks. Any <br />delays or additional time beyond the September 20th construction completion date will be <br />billed on a T&M basis based on the attached Billing rates. <br /> <br />Abonmarche will perform these services for a fee of $23,500. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Total Scope Amount: $23,500 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
