Three separate gatherings were also offered to allow multiple applicants to come to the Kissel Center to have their applications processed immediately onsite. It was a success...the Occupancy Rate increased 6.7%for the year,resulting in a year-end rate of 95.6%overall. The newly constructed Erie Pointe apartment building was completed in 2022,and the waiting list is now managed by the PBV department for new move-ins beginning in February 2023.
