This proposed abatement is part of a support package partnering with <br /> Advantix, which is applying for rental housing tax credits through the Indiana Housing & <br /> Community Development Authority(IHCDA). The abatement will go into effect only if this project <br /> is chosen by IHCDA in this year's competitive Tax Credit application round. <br /> This petition package includes: <br /> • Department of Community Investment's summary report <br /> • Petition for abatement <br /> • Statement of Benefits form (SB-1 / Real Property) <br /> • Supporting information <br /> The report contains the Department's findings relative to the above-mentioned petition. The <br /> petitioner plans to construct 50 residential units across 35 vacant lots spread throughout the <br /> City. The project will include a mix of single-family homes, duplexes, and townhomes.
