We plan to restore the building, maintain its historic characteristics and charm, <br /> while adapting the use of the building to meet the needs of the surrounding community.This <br /> building will be our flagship commercial space for our model of development that centers <br /> people and places in the neighborhood where we live and work. <br /> As entrepreneurs and a start-up business, we appreciate the programs and support available <br /> from the City of South Bend and its partners, as we seek to improve this building and others in <br /> Monroe Park, thereby making a significant contribution to the revitalization of downtown <br /> neighborhoods.
