<br />T�:obcrt Nichols, Engineering, recommends that the Board award the contract to the lowest
<br />responsive and responsible bidder, Bancroft Electric, Inc., in the amount of $27,100.00.
<br />Therefore, Mr. Gilot made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and the quote be
<br />awarded as outlined above. Mr. Littrell seconded the motion, which carried.

<br />Mr. Rob Nichols, Engineering, advised the Board that on June 9, 2008, bids were received and
<br />opened for the above referred to project. After reviewing those bids, Mr. Nichols recommends
<br />that the board award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, C &E
<br />,ccavating, Inc., 53767 County Road 9, Elkhart, Indiana 46514, in the amount of $3,732,147.00.
<br />Therefore, Mr. Ines made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and the bid be awarded
<br />as outlined above. Mr. Littrell seconded the motion, which carried.

<br />opened for the above referred to project. After reviewing those bids, Mr. Nichols recommends

<br />Construction, 25200 State Road 23, Post Office Box 1775, South Bend, Indiana 46614, in the
<br />amount of $840,296.00. Therefore, Mr. Inks made a motion that the recommendation be
