J u ORDINANCE NO. 77,324,7 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE 1700 BLOCK OF E. RANDOLPH STREET IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION 1 . Ordinance No. 4990-68, as amended, which ordinance is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning classification of the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana : PARCEL 1 The south 192.5 feet of Lots 1 and 2 in the recorded plat of Denslow's Plat, City of South Bend, Indiana; ALSO PARCEL 2 The south 192.5 feet of the following described tract: Beginning at the intersection of the northwest corner of Lot 2 of Denslow's Plat, City of South Bend, Indiana, and the south right-of-way line of the New York Central Railroad, thence south along the west line of said Lot 2, 395.4 feet to the north right-of-way line of Randolph Street, thence west along said north right-of-way line to the southeast corner of Lot 10 of the Recorded Plat of Robinson's 2nd Plat, City of South Bend, Indiana, thence north along the east line of said plat to the south right-of-way line of the New York Central Railroad, thence east along said railroad right-of-way to the point of beginning be and the same is hereby established as "A" Residential , "A" Height and Area District.
