RANDOLPH STREET IN THE CITY OF SOUTH <br /> BEND, INDIANA <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br /> Indiana: <br /> SECTION 1 . Ordinance No. 4990-68, as amended, which ordinance <br /> is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, <br /> Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning <br /> classification of the following described real estate in the City of <br /> South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana : <br /> PARCEL 1 <br /> The south 192.5 feet of Lots 1 and 2 in the recorded <br /> plat of Denslow's Plat, City of South Bend, Indiana; <br /> ALSO <br /> PARCEL 2 <br /> The south 192.5 feet of the following described tract: <br /> Beginning at the intersection of the northwest corner of <br /> Lot 2 of Denslow's Plat, City of South Bend, Indiana, and <br /> the south right-of-way line of the New York Central Railroad, <br /> thence south along the west line of said Lot 2, 395.4 feet <br /> to the north right-of-way line of Randolph Street, thence <br /> west along said north right-of-way line to the southeast <br /> corner of Lot 10 of the Recorded Plat of Robinson's 2nd Plat, <br /> City of South Bend, Indiana, thence north along the east <br /> line of said plat to the south right-of-way line of the <br /> New York Central Railroad, thence east along said railroad <br /> right-of-way to the point of beginning <br /> be and the same is hereby established as "A" Residential , "A" Height and <br /> Area District. <br /> SECTION II .
