Height to match intact South Side piece. <br />• Repair/ Replace bad 1x left/ right casing on windows <br />• Install chair rail detail at top of the horizontal trim dividing first and <br />second story. <br /> <br />Back of house (East Side) <br /> <br /> <br />• Repair 4 window sills- cutting back original sill and installing new <br />wood to old to replicate this original detail. <br />• Install crosshead trim on 3 windows, the small upper-level window will <br />not receive this detail. <br />• Remove unnecessary quarter round pieces around existing windows <br />• No band board for rear of house – leave clapboard siding as-is <br />• Repair/ Replace bad 1x left/ right casing on windows <br />• No work to the b ump out- this will be torn off on a future project <br />
