STAFF REPORT <br /> COMMON COUNCIL INITIATED #1061-86 December 2, 1986 <br /> 1025 E. Calvert Street <br /> City of South Bend <br /> REQUESTED ACTION: This proposal is to rezone a lot from "A" <br /> Residential, "A" Height and Area to "B" <br /> Residential, "A" Height and Area. <br /> EXISTING LAND USE: The property contains a duplex. <br /> SURROUNDING LAND USE AND ZONING: Located to the north is a single-family home zoned <br /> "A" Residential; to the east is a vacant building <br /> zoned "C" Commercial; to the south across Calvert <br /> Street is Dick's Auto Paint and Supplies zoned "C" <br /> Commercial; and to the west is a single-family <br /> home zoned "A" Residential. <br /> ACCESS: Access to the site is from E. Calvert Street. <br /> DATA: The total site to be rezoned is 3,000 square feet. <br /> SITE PLAN: A site plan is not required for rezonings <br /> initiated by the Common Council. <br /> • <br /> • <br /> • <br />
