INABONMARCHE Engineering • Architecture • Land Surveying Housing Authority of South Bend - Monroe Circle Housing Demolition Project Scope changes Construction Administration Services Abonmarche will assist in construction administration. Construction administration will consist of the processing of project change orders, submittal reviews, answer contractor question or technical questions related to site demolition activities, Answer questions related to plans or specifications, review of overall contractor conformance to construction documentation. Site visits will be performed on a bi-weekly basis (Two Times per Month). Abonmarche will perform these services for a fee of $7,000. Bid Specifications format change to City of South Bend Spec Format Plan and specification updates to reflect the changes required for the public bid process through the City of South Bend. Specification updates will include the Solicitation Request, General Conditions for Construction Contracts, Supplemental Conditions, Cost Proposal Form, Contract Agreement Forms and the Contract Documents and Specifications. Abonmarche will perform these services for a fee of $6,700. Plan updates for Monroe Circle Alternate Addition/ Rabbi Shulman Stormwater disconnect from existing sanitary sewer and storm water basin design. The scope will include the addition of Monroe Circle and infrastructure removal including street lighting, curb removal asphalt removal, sanitary sewer, gas and water line removal. Storm Water Basin design to address storm water from the Rabbi Shulman Tower, as well as additional sidewalk, asphalt removal to accommodate the drywell structure overflow route to the proposed basins. Design and sizing of Storm water sizing. Abonmarche will perform these services for a fee of $4,100.
