The bid was reviewed and found to be <br />complete and responsive. <br /> <br />MWBE Analysis: <br />• There are no M/WBE goals on this project. <br />• All work falls under NAICS code 237990 - Other Heavy and Civil Engineering <br />Construction, for which the City’s Disparity Study does not have an unweighted <br />availability. <br /> <br />I recommend award of the base bid for West Race Gate Repair to Milestone Contractors North, <br />in the amount of $632,316.00. Funding is available through PR-00024383. <br />
