Community and Economic Development Committee <br /> February 12,2001 <br /> Page 2 <br /> go forward with the proposed project. <br /> In response to a question from Dr. Varner, Mr. Foster noted that the exteriors of the homes would <br /> initially be taken care of by the Petitioner, and thereafter a home owners association would take <br /> over. An on site manager would also be hired. <br /> In response to a question from Council Member Kirsits, Mr. Foster noted that he has developed <br /> three (3) similar projects in the State of Ohio. They do not have a high turnover rate. Each home <br /> would also have an unfinished basement. <br /> Following further discussion, Dr. Varner made a motion, seconded by Council Member Ujdak that <br /> Bill No. 01-7 be recommended favorably to Council.
