Project No. 123-002 2023 Tree and Stump Removal <br />Attn Board of Public Works: <br />I wanted to provide reason as to why I am requesting to reject the quotes for Project No. <br />123-002 2023 Tree and Stump Removal at this Agenda Review Session. The purpose of this project is <br />to aid curb and sidewalk repairs completed by the Streets Dept. At this time, they are running out of <br />projects that can be done without tree and stump removal. Unfortunately, the quotes received at the <br />5/9 meeting must be rejected as an addendum was not acknowledged. I am hoping to open & award <br />these quotes at the upcoming BPW meeting on 5/23, but must reject the quotes received at the 5/9 <br />meeting first. For that reason, I am hoping to have the BPW acknowledge this rejection at the Agenda <br />Review Session on 5/18.
