Rieth Riley informed the City several <br />MWBE utilization plan contract amounts were impacted by the several line-item <br />underruns on the project. City MWBE coordinator, Chana Roschyk, approved the <br />requested change in utilization on April 12, 2023. <br /> <br />The attached final change order form reflects the quantities required to complete the <br />project according to plans. The project incurred an additional 32 days for extending the <br />curb replacement limits to the entire stretch of Diamond Avenue. <br /> <br /> <br />Please call with your questions (9245). <br /> <br />Enc.
