Project No. 122-001 Curb and Sidewalk Round 1 (Divisions 1 and 2) <br />Change Order 1 Supplemental Information <br />Attn Board of Public Works: <br />The change order for a decrease in the contract amount for Curb and Sidewalk Round 1 <br />(Divisions 1 and 2) is due to changes in scope during the project decreasing the amount of work <br />completed by Milestone. These changes were made as curb and sidewalk at several locations included in <br />the project plans were in good condition when examined during the pre-construction walkthrough. In <br />Division 1, the line items with underruns are concrete sidewalk removal, concrete sidewalk installation, <br />concrete curb removal, concrete curb installation, and topsoil and seeding. In Division 2, the line items <br />with underruns are concrete curb removal, concrete curb installation, and topsoil and seeding. <br />Daniel Sexton <br />Project Engineer
