Project No. 123-002 2023 Tree and Stump Removal <br />Attn Board of Public Works: <br />I wanted to provide reason as to why I am requesting to open and award at the same meeting. <br />As you know, quotes for this project were opened at the previous meeting on 5/9. I was unable to <br />award the quotes provided as they did not acknowledge the addendum to the plans. I am seeking to <br />now open & award at this meeting because the tree & stump removals for this project are needed for <br />the sidewalk and curb improvements being completed by our internal crews in the Streets Dept.
