<br /> 1 <br />Market District Improvement Project <br />City of South Bend, Indiana | Project No. 123-053 <br />A&Z Engineering, LLC is eager to be part of the City of South Bend’s Market District Im- <br />provement Project. We are proud of the work we’ve completed in the area, and are looking <br />forward to the opportunity to build upon our existing relationships while developing new <br />ones throughout this process. Our continued service to the City of South Bend offers the <br />following benefits: <br />Proven Productivity with the City of South Bend <br />A&Z has completed projects serving the Board of Public Works that include water main replacements, <br />Airport Annexation Area survey, road rehabilitation services. These established relationships allow <br />our staff to anticipate and meet your needs– leading to efficiency and productivity throughout <br />the project. <br />Local Voices & Talent <br />The Market District Improvement project truly is a community initiative, and having locally-owned <br />businesses offer their talents and insight is essential. The A&Z team consists of several locally owner- <br />operated consulting firms. Additionally, our proposed project manager, Nitin Timble, PE,PS, is a <br />former St. Joseph County resident. Even more exciting, well-known South Bend native, Kamyar <br />Fattahi, PE, PTOE is coming out of retirement to join our advisory council. Our team is just as <br />excited about this project as you, and has the capacity to begin work immediately. <br />Dedication to Service <br />We understand that a successful project is more than a finished product.
