Jefferson Blvd. <br /> Suite 1200 S <br /> South Bend, Indiana 46601 <br />(f)Binding Effect: This MOU shall be binding upon and shall inure to the <br />benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns. <br />(g)Counterparts: This MOU may be executed in several counterparts, each of <br />which shall be an original and all of which shall constitute but one and the same <br />agreement. <br />(h)Venue: Any dispute arising out of or related to this MOU shall be brought <br />solely and exclusively in the Superior and/or Circuit Courts located in St. Joseph <br />County, Indiana, and the parties hereto expressly consent to the sole and exclusive <br />jurisdiction of these courts. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have duly executed this MOU pursuant to all <br />requisite authorizations as of the date first above written.
