EXHIBIT B <br />Description of Local Public Improvements <br />BPW will complete, or cause to be completed, the following work in accordance with the <br />terms and conditions of this Agreement and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations: <br />Work to be performed shall include furnishing all labor, services, materials, insurance, <br />and equipment to provide for the demolition of the Property, commonly known as <br />Monroe Circle, which is comprised of 91 single family apartments situated within <br />seventeen two-story apartment buildings. The work shall include the demolition and <br />removal of buildings, basements, and foundations, as well as the demolition and removal <br />of site improvements and asbestos abatement.
