SLUSSERS <br />SPECIAL CONDITIONS <br />Concerning the Attached Quotation <br />Quote Number: Johnfell <br />STANDARD NOTATIONS: <br />1. Special note concerning seeding. Slusser's will install seed year-round, However, we will not guarantee <br />seeding performed May 15th through August 15th, and October 1 through March 1. Seeding during this <br />period is very risky due to extreme climatic conditions (heat/drought/cold/etc.) This note does not apply <br />to prairie or wetland seeding unless specified otherwise, <br />2. This quote is valid for a period of 60 days. <br />3. Lawn maintenance to include mowing or spraying is not included in this quotation. <br />4. Topsoil, topsoil placement and any necessary amendments are not included in this quotation. <br />5. Quantities on this quotation are approximate. Areas will be measured and invoiced per unit prices. <br />6. Clearing, grubbing, removal of rocks, debris and existing vegetation is not included in this quotation. <br />7. Seeding or sodding off right-of-way or outside of the construction limits is not included in this quotation. <br />8. Performance & Payment bonds are available but not included in this quotation. <br />9. Inorganic and Organic soil amendments are not included in this quotation. <br />10. Sodding price does not Include topsoil, topsoil placement, ground preparation, or notching. <br />11. Sodding price includes supplying and installing 100% Kentucky Bluegrass variety sod and watering for 30 <br />days only per Indot specifications. <br />12. Tree price includes supplying and installing 96" To 120" High tree, staking, hardwood bark mulch, and <br />a 2 year warranty. <br />13. Optional ground prep price for sodding does not include topsoil, topsoil placement, grading, or removal <br />of existing vegetation. <br />14. Optional ground prep price for sodding includes sod notching, fine raking, knocking down dirt clods, and <br />removal of rocks only. <br />15. Removal or replacing existing landscaping is not included in this quotation. <br />16. Landscape edging is not included in this quotation. <br />17. Maintenance or warranty bond for sodding or trees is not included in this quotation. <br />18. Sodding price does not include a 1 or 2 year maintenance or warranty. <br />19. Supplying or installing topsoil, planting soil, engineering soil, or subsoil is not included in this quotation. <br />20, Indiana State Sales Tax has not been included in pricing. <br />21. Traffic control is the responsibility of the contractorlowner. <br />
