• i <br />• RESOLUTION NO. 55 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT. .AUTHORITY <br />RELATING TO ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY WITHIN THE <br />AIRPORT ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AREA <br />WHEREAS, the real estate identified at Attachment "A" hereto, <br />situated in the Airport Economic Development Area, is needed and <br />considered useful by the South Bend. Redevelopment Authority in <br />furtherance of the Airport Economic Development Plan .adopted.. by the <br />South Bend Redevelopment Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Authority, pursuant to <br />I.C. 36-7-14..5-12(a)(4) is authorized to purchase and hold any real <br />estate needed or considered useful in connection with any <br />redevelopment project or purpose of the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission.. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the South .Bend Redevelopment <br />Authority that the Director of Redevelopment of the City of South <br />Bend as agent for. the South Bend Redevelopment Authority is <br />authorized and directed to cause a notice and final offer in <br />writing forithe real estate to be made to the owner(s) identified <br />at Attachment "A" at the respective concurred-in price, also set <br />for that Attachment "A", which final offer shall include an <br />invitation to discuss the acquisition of owner's property with the. <br />Department of Redevelopment within thirty (30) days from mailing <br />and notification. <br />Adopted at the Special Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Authority held on June 5, 1992 in the office of the Authority; 12.00 <br />County-City Building, 227 West Jefferson Boulevard, South Bend, <br />Indiana 4'6601. <br />SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />BY : "'" <br />dre ammage, Vice President <br />A EST: <br />~~ <br />Donald K.
