Version 6-8-2017 <br />25 <br />APPENDIX "C" <br />SCHEDULE: <br />No work under this Contract shall be performed by the CONSULTANT until the CONSULTANT receives a written <br />notice to proceed from the LPA. <br />All work by the CONSULTANT under this Contract shall be completed and delivered to the LPA for review and <br />approval within the approximate time periods shown in the following submission schedule: <br />1.Sidewalk Assessment Report: Draft Report completed within 75 days after receipt of Notice to <br />Proceed (NTP). Final Report completed within 30 days of receipt of review comments on the Draft <br />Report. <br />2.Topographic Survey: Within 60 days of approval of the final Sidewalk Assessment Report. <br />3.Environmental Document: Final approval of a Level 1 CE is anticipated to be obtained within 365 <br />calendar days following approval of the final Sidewalk Assessment Report. This includes typical <br />coordination and review times by the LPA, INDOT, FHWA-IN, resource agencies, SHPO, and/or <br />Section 106 consulting parties. If Additional Services are necessary, modification to the schedule <br />may be required. <br />4.Roadway Design and Plans <br />a.Preliminary Field Check (PFC) plans submitted to the LPA within 90 days after completion <br />of the field survey. <br />b.PFC Meeting held within 30 days after submitting PFC Plans. <br />c.Stage 3 Plans submitted to the LPA based on INDOT’s Letting Preparation Schedule for <br />the specified letting date. <br />d.Final Tracings submitted to INDOT and the LPA based on INDOT’s Letting Preparation <br />Schedule for the specified letting date. <br />5.Right-of-Way Engineering, if required <br />a.Title research, R/W engineering, plats, and legal descriptions within 60 calendar days after <br />the Preliminary Field Check meeting or approval of the required right of way. <br />6.Right of Way Acquisition, if required <br />a.Appraisals within 60 calendar days after completion of Right of Way Engineering. <br />7.The Letting date for the Project is July 9, 2025, based on a notice to proceed of May 1, 2023, and <br />no right of way acquisition required. If right of way acquisition is required, the Letting date may <br />be adjusted accordingly. <br />[Remainder of Page Intentionally Left Blank]
