PR-00024012 <br />DATE: 04/25/2023 <br />On April 11th, 2023, the Board of Public Works opened and read 2 quotes for the above project. <br />The quotes were as follows: <br />Company Base Bid Alternate Totals <br />National Pavement Maintenance $55,335.00 $5,139.00 $60,504.00 <br />Asphalt Restoration Services $35,570.00 $3,076.80 $38,646.80 <br />Asphalt Restoration Services did not make any attempt to meet the included M/WBE goals in <br />the quote spec and National Pavement Maintenance did not fully meet the WBE goal. It was <br />determined that they did not make a good faith effort to meet the WBE goals. They did meet the <br />MBE goal. The Department of Public Works recommends rejecting both quotes as non- <br />responsive. <br />Please call with any questions. <br />April 25, 2023
