PR-00023268 <br />DATE: 04/25/2023 <br />On April 11th, 2023, the Board of Public Works opened and read 1 bid for the above project from <br />Milestone Construction. <br />The bidder met the full MBE goals but not the full WBE goals. It was determined by ODI and <br />Public Works that the contractor did not make a good faith effort to meet the goals. The <br />Department of Public Works recommends rejecting the bid and approving a request to advertise <br />the project again. <br />Please call with any questions. <br />April 25, 2023
