We have reviewed the submitted <br />bids, including a mathematical check of the itemized bid proposals and a review of the bidding documents <br />for responsiveness. All required bid forms appear to be in order. The enclosed Bid Tabulation indicates <br />all bids and bid items. <br /> <br />A total of four bids were received. Selge Construction Co., Inc. was the lowest responsive responsible <br />bidder, with a total bid of $1,750,570.00.
