Supplier must be able to guarantee delivery of up to 8 tons (20,000 lbs) within <br />three (3) to five (5) calendar days from release of requirement. <br />ii. Material to be delivered F.O.B. <br />iii. No freight surcharges allowed. <br />iv. Billing must be submitted on a CWT unit basis. <br />v.
