REVISE to read "The project will have a substantial completion date of Friday, November <br />3, 2023 opening of the roadway to full traffic, including all pavement markings. With a final <br />completion date of Friday, December 1, 2023 for walkways, lighting, and improvements <br />behind the curb. All Landscape improvements shall be installed during the dates identified <br />in the landscape specifications, but must be completed no later than April 26, 2024.
