Only <br />the noted items are affected, and the remainder of the original contract document is to remain in its <br />entirety. <br />This Addendum modifies the Contract Documents as follows: <br />PART I — CLARIFICATIONS <br />PART 2 — SPECIAL PROVISIONS, BID TABS <br />PART 3 — CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS <br />PART 1 - CLARIFICATIONS <br />1.01 Please see the attached Pre -bid Agenda and Meeting Minutes <br />1.02 List of current contractor questions, please see the attached. All questions will be answered with <br />proper callouts and documentation as part of this addenda prior to the bid due date. <br />1.03 Contact for Corby's Irish Pub is Joe Mittiga, 574-210-0896 or ioe@corbysirishpub.com. <br />1.04 The AEP plan documents are included with the Construction Documents as a part of this <br />addendum. <br />1.05 WM storm sewer pipe shall be the 15-inch main line being replaced, west to east, from the St <br />Joseph River to the East Race Bridge, total 430 LFT, and all of the 12-inch crossings of the <br />existing water main, total 941 LFT. Line items in the revised itemized proposal as part of this <br />addendum have been adjusted and included accordingly. <br />1.06 It is not known if the existing water main is restrained, and it is assumed that it is not restrained. <br />New base bid pay item 117, "Existing Water Main Joint Restraint, Undistributed," per EACH is <br />added to the revised itemized proposal for restraint to be added as approved by the City on a case - <br />by -case basis only. <br />1.07 Existing water main valves may be temporarily shut off for cutting and capping for Fire Hydrant <br />assembly connections only as approved in advance by the City on a case -by -case basis, and only <br />when not interrupting water service to customers. <br />
